All of our Service Contracts provide Roadside Assistance via a toll free number or by reimbursement. Please find the Roadside Assistance section on your contract or call the toll free claims number on your contract.
All programs provided by Sentry Protection are Fully Insured by an AM Best "A" or higher rated Insurer.
You can take your vehicle to any license repair facility that accepts extended service contracts. If you need help in finding a repair shop please visit www.repairpal.com
Yes most programs are cancellable for a prorated refund. Please visit your selling dealership for assistance.
