Automotive Repair Claims
- Have vehicle towed to avoid additional damage
- Have your repair facility call the Claim Centers phone number on your contract. If you don’t have a copy please contact your dealer or support@sentryprotects.com
- Do not authorize any repair until your repair facility calls in your claim for authorization.
Automotive GAP Claim
- Wait till your Insurance Company “totals” your vehicle claim.
- Contact the claims number on your GAP contract. If you don’t have a copy of your contract please contact your selling dealer.
- Follow instructions on Remitting your claims form and supporting docs
Cancellation Request
