Automotive Repair Claims

  • Have vehicle towed to avoid additional damage

  • Have your repair facility call the Claim Centers phone number on your contract.  If you don’t have a copy please contact your dealer or support@sentryprotects.com

  • Do not authorize any repair until your repair facility calls in your claim for authorization.

Automotive GAP Claim

  • Wait till your Insurance Company “totals” your vehicle claim.

  • Contact the claims number on your GAP contract.  If you don’t have a copy of your contract please contact your selling dealer.

  • Follow instructions on Remitting your claims form and supporting docs

Cancellation Request
